Bizarre things happen on a secluded island. Dead fishermen who have recently been in the vicinity of the secluded island are washed ashore regularly. An investigating committee is organized to check things out. They find out that various ocean animals, such as crabs, have mutated, grown immensely and changed their habits enormously.
